This was a marvellous location right by town center, all major restaurants and a mini market. Booked a room with nice views of the town.

The place was perfectly clean with an efficient and really excellent staff from the housekeepers. The hotel was set in a central area not far from Also near to the Airport and the whale watching and diving boats departing. Furthermore, to get with a taxi there.

It had excellent location, short walk to the harbour and the mountains in the eastern end of the island, the port, a lot of restaurants and shops, and Ponta Delgada center. Our twin room was equipped with double bed and a balcony, for instance;))

I have stayed in an a twin room with a nice balcony and armchairs.

The rooms were clean with a balcony, bathroom, and heating, and the breakfast had a good variety, the excellent service made my stay enjoyable.

Enjoyed the a twin room overlooking the ocean. The bed was very comfy, and the staff were genuinely friendly and extremely friendly people from the housekeepers.

The location of this place is excellent, close to the city center, fortress, and downtown.

A very pleasant stay

Close to all that Ponta Delgada has to offer. Comfortable, large rooms with pleasant views across town and to the sea. Good breakfast selection, helpful, friendly staff and high standards of cleanliness.

I suppose the pool area could be a bit more interesting. Thats all I can think of!

This hotel offers spectacular value for money. It may not be luxurious, but it certainly ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are friendly and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the downtown area and all the major restaurants. Plus, the breakfast is solid, with a great selection of fresh fruit and various hot and cold dishes.

All was great, couldn't ask for more.

This place was really safe and super clean, and the staff here, especially the housekeepers, were on top of it! the room was nicely set up and had a breathtaking view of the town 🌆.

I staff at the hotel Vila Nova was at all times very friendly and helpful, and the hotel as well as the rooms are very clean. The hotel is located within a few minutes of walking along the harbour promenade from the town center and has a swimming pool, which we especially used in the afternoon after a day of whale watching or island tour.

I had a fantastic stay at a conveniently located hotel with a friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered plenty of delicious options. The hotel also provided a take-out breakfast for my early departure. I highly recommend this hotel.
